Where people take them
The old city is built for a scooter — narrow lanes, easy parking at the ghats, and lakeside roads that are a pleasure at sunset. Distances are from Chitrakoot Nagar. Anything inside 25 km is yours to ride freely; further out, call us first.
Rides within 25 km of the city are included in your rental. Nathdwara, Kumbhalgarh, Ranakpur, Mount Abu and anywhere else out of town are allowed, but need a quick call first and carry an out-of-city charge we'll quote you on the spot — it depends on the distance. It takes a minute, and it means we know your route and can reach you if the scooter needs help that far out. Riding beyond 25 km without telling us is a ₹1,000 + GST penalty plus 2× that day's rent.

Questions people ask
What do I need to bring?
A two-wheeler driving licence held at least 1 year, one government ID — Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or passport — and a selfie at upload. Rider must be 21 or above. You upload once; later bookings skip it.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit on scooters. You pay rent, any delivery fee and GST online, and that's the end of it.
Is fuel included?
No. The scooter goes out with fuel in the tank and should come back the same way. An Activa does about 45 km to the litre, so a full day of sightseeing is roughly ₹150 of petrol.
Can two people ride?
Yes, one pillion. Both of you need helmets — one comes with the booking and a second is ₹50 for the trip.
Can I take it to Kumbhalgarh, Nathdwara or Ranakpur?
Yes, but call us before you set off. Anything within 25 km of Udaipur is included in your rental. Beyond that is a different city, so there's an out-of-city charge based on how far you're going — we'll quote it on the phone in a minute. It also means we know your route and can get help to you if the scooter has trouble that far from the hub. Going beyond 25 km without telling us carries a ₹1,000 + GST penalty plus 2× that day's rent.
What if it breaks down?

How late can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 and 24 hours it's half the rent, and under 24 hours the rent isn't refunded.
Do you deliver to the airport?
Yes — Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR), Dabok, ₹2,000, or ₹1,500 with a same-day boarding pass using the code AIRPORTDRIVE.
